• Email Waitlist Only: If you join our “Notify Me” waitlist, we record only your email address, the date and time of sign-up, and the launch page referral. That is the entire record.
• Storage & Security: Your email is transmitted securely and stored in a private Google Sheet accessible solely by our internal team under Google’s cloud security framework. No copies are stored in a public website database.
• No Advertising Trackers: We do not use third-party advertising pixels (such as Meta or TikTok pixels), Google Analytics tracking tags, or device-fingerprinting scripts.
• Cookies & Preferences: We only store your language preference (TH/EN) and basic, anonymous site counters to see which sample rooms are most popular. None of this can identify you.

• We use your email strictly to notify you when Anything Decor launches and to share occasional major updates about the platform build.
• We never sell, rent, trade, or share your email with third-party advertisers.
• Easy Removal: You can request removal at any time by emailing info@anythingdecor.com or by clicking the Unsubscribe link in any launch update we send. We will delete your row immediately with no questions asked.

• Digital Previews Only: The sample rooms and wood flooring previews on this site are digital simulations designed to give a conceptual feel for scale, layout, and appearance.
• Natural Wood Variations: Real wood is an authentic natural material. Grain patterns, natural color tones, knots, and light reflections will vary naturally between a digital screen render and physical timber in real-world lighting.

• Chat-Only Inquiries: Clicking to preview flooring in your own space or to ask questions opens our official LINE (opens in a new tab) or WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) channel. No personal details, messages, or photos are uploaded to or stored on this website.
• Rough Estimates: Ballpark quotes shared in chat are quick, preliminary estimates based on your provided room dimensions and specifications. They are meant for planning and do not constitute a binding contract.
• Your Room Photos: Any photo you share stays strictly inside that private chat. We use it solely to produce the mockups you asked for. We will never publish or share your photos anywhere without your explicit permission.
• Getting a Quote or Moving Forward: If you like an estimate and want to move forward with real samples, a site visit, or an official order, let us know in the chat. We will coordinate directly with our manufacturing and installation workshop to take care of production, physical measurements, and official paperwork.
• Easy Deletion: You can ask us in the chat at any time to delete your room photos and generated mockups from our local editing files.

All visualizer interface designs, custom 3D room environments, platform branding, graphics, and proprietary digital textures displayed on this website belong exclusively to Anything Decor.

As Anything Decor grows from a coming-soon preview into a full web application—such as adding direct browser uploads or customer accounts—this policy will be updated in that release before the new features go live.
